Australian  art has been in existence for a very long time. Many people have been active participants in the process of getting the art in use. Some admire what the artists do and will love to have the arts at their places.

However, we have another section that is a little bit resistant against the art. They have a feeling that the art has been too much under limits. Australian art has undergone some digitization which has changed the mode of viewing and access. Such digitization has come along with various effects that seem to have caused some positive and negative harm.

We will look at the negative impact that has come along with the digitization of the art. Some of the effects that have come along with the digitization include.

Loss of first-hand customers

First hand customers are those who have the habit of visiting the various places and getting the various facts about the specific places. They then end up making the value of the art grow. On the positive side they promote the art making it usable and able to serve as many people as possible.

One thing that happens when these people visit the areas that the arts are made, they get the first hand and the valuable information. As a result, they end up making the makers have some good sources of income. One challenge that occurs with such is that they no longer get the first-hand information as they used to get it before.

Copyright infringement

Once the art gets in to the digital space, there is a lot of copyright infringement. People tend to occupy the spaces and then use the art as if it is their own. The result is that the amount of money they make is huge and the original makers of the art end up getting very little from it.

One thing which makes the makers very demotivated is the fact that those people who upload the art use the highest qualities. The result is that you will have the disseminators getting the best from the art that they have actually produced very little sweat for. Another possibility is that the art gets widespread making it lose the value and the quality at once.

Digital access doing away physical access

The digital access has completely done away with the physical access. People no longer visit museums to see the arts that are coming up. they wait for the content that is available online. This has lowered the artists level of income become lower.

When people make the physical visits, they pay some money and some even buy the arts. The in a way promote the development of the art and make the artists get the motivation to come up with more captivating arts. The quality of the making also remains of the best quality. It has lowered over time and the artists are looking for other things to do so that they make the ends meet.

Loss of value for the art

The art loses value immediately it gets to the internet. It is no longer a rare thing to see the arts. Even when people visit the physical spaces, they tend to have less things to learn. The outcome is that the people end up making very little from the arts. Fixing value for something that is circulating on the internet is a very challenging task.

You will fix a price and someone pick the same item and sell it at a lower price. The art is also losing its general value because it is no longer a strange thing. It becomes essential to ensure that the makers get their own way to do the promotion if they have to make some income from it.

Part of value loss is the fact that many people are no longer interested in the Australian art. Those few who gain some interest lose it within a very short time. this happens immediately they notice that whatever they have the urge to use is too available in the internet.

Erosion of the art culture

The art culture is also getting eroded very fast. People are no longer interested in making and using the art. It had a cultural value that is no longer too active. Many people tend to have a challenge with the whole aspect of the art.

The biggest challenge that comes is that people will not have an easy time to make the various art works. one possible thing about the art is that people will keep ignoring it until it comes to a stand still. However, with various interventions, there are very high possibilities that the makers will get the courage to do the works again.

However, it is something that needs the intervention of various parties such as the government itself and the makers. The promoters have also to be brought on board so that they do some clean business. rules and tough measures about the dissemination of the art have also to be imposed.

Loss of job for the art makers

Art makers have not been spared by the digitization of their works. most of them have become jobless. They no longer make income from their talent. One of the major challenges that they have encountered is that they make the art and sell very little from it. The visitors whom they expect to have them buying the art work are no longer coming.

The biggest challenge of all is how they find their beautiful works on the internet. Someone else ends up earning from the art which they even do not know the process of its making. It is therefore important to ensure that something is done to bring back the jobs of the makers. Maybe it is time that they need to learn how to conduct the business over the internet.

Less informational value

Informational value of the art has reduced drastically. The content that is available on the internet does not have any value. In fact it is just there pasted without the proper explanation of the maker with regards to the intention of the art. High chances are that the people buying it do not have the facts about what they have.

It is important to ensure that the makers get a chance to provide some information about their makings. By doing so, the content will have the proper value to sell. It will also be good because they will have a feeling that their work has some appreciation.

Conclusion

Australian art is becoming more prominent in the internet market but it is losing value. Many people are dealing with the art yet they have very little knowledge about it. It has led to deterioration of value and becoming less in terms of demand.

First let’s start with knowing what Professional development is, it can be described as a continuous training either in education sector or career sector, that a person undertakes after a person starts working, in order to boost their working skills related to professional work and acquire new working skills to cope with the current world. The following are some of the importance of professional development to an individual;

It helps one to widen their knowledge in some areas;

When one goes for further studies, he or she will learn new ideas and become more experienced to their work. With this, they will benefit more in their sectors since they will be in demand because of their experience in their work and secure more professional jobs. Basically, a person who is more talented in the work is more likely to get some job. This happens because of their good and admirable working skills.

Improves one’s public confidence;

Through expanding a professional knowledge, a person becomes more confident in their profession. Professional knowledge equips an individual with more knowledge. Those people who are well educated and more knowledgeable have no reason to panic in their work. They always deliver maximum services to the clients and customers. They always do their work knowing they have all the knowledge required for it, hence good outcome.

Improves income earning;

Professional development puts one in a position of earning more money than those who haven’t gone for further studies. It also makes the youth to be more skilful in terms of business ideas which helps in boosting their earnings and income.

Career development and change

Professional development is also a tool access to other careers related to it. Through this process one acquires some general new skills that can help them branch to other careers without difficulties.

Modernizes individual to new trends;

When one develops professionally, they tend to have new ideas and remain relevant to new trends. opposed to the ones acquired back then. This makes an individual to adjust to new educational system, jobs and other areas. They also improve technologically, for instance the use of computers, laptops and phones in our current world. It makes one to be at par and also qualify to some of the current situations in the career industries. It also helps one to be at pace with the modern skills of other people in the the same areas as them.

Socializes an individual;

By this, one meets new individuals and interacting with new people while training and learning. This helps one to learn how to live with people and improves also working networks of an individual. It promotes national unity too by bringing people together through seminars and other gatherings. We can also say that it helps one to appreciate other people’s well-being and culture too. By coming together to learn we realize we are all from different ethnics and communities or even culture and so learn to live among people.

To avoid being out-dated;

Being out-dated is the least thing employers want to in terms of employing their employers, they will always go for more educated people in the communities while hiring workers. That is why most people try to go for further studies in order to secure jobs in their professions. With the new generation the world is becoming more digitalized. The jobs and the services offered in the current world are getting modernized not forgetting the learning and training institutions too. Job requirements have also adjusted to the new standards. The pressure of not wanting to be left behind and to be updated has increased forcing people to develop their professions This not only help one to secure jobs but also to be at the same league with the new generation. When one has a new knowledge, it improves one thinking and also makes one to become a creative thinker.

Helps to boost interest and morale;

In most cases when a person is happy with their jobs, they will always put more interest and effort in their work. When they know that they are more skilled in the area they will always want to specialize more in that area more and more. By doing this, they influence the results in work positively by getting good and better results at the end depending with the way they are doing their work. This also helps in advertising one’s job by bringing more clients and customers who are happy with the job done by the specialist.

Timing and organization;

Professional development can help in time management and also keep a person organised in the work. An organised person knows what to do with enough and limited time provided, this will only be possible if you are well equipped with the enough knowledge and skills for a particular activity. For example, a teacher who has gone for further studies his way of delivering ideas or information will be more organised and timed compared to a first posted teacher in school. He’ll know how to time his students well.

Helps in securing jobs;

There are some professions which require higher level of education. In this scenario an individual who has professional development will be in a better position to get the job. For one to be a leader too one should be more exposed and experienced than the others to rule well without failing as a leader. Professional development also helps one to get promotions from previous positions in working places. For example, school principals and headteachers for one to be in such positions one has to have qualified for a particular qualification or attained certain requirements if not one ha to go for further studies to be successful for those positions. We can also say that it opens a learners eye and mind, providing them with business ideas of starting their own business. This will make them to become more independent and even to create more jobs to the youths. For example, the knowledge on agriculture helps one start some home farming.

Lastly, helps in knowledge exchange ;

Professional development encourages exchange of knowledge among workers through interaction they tend to learn new ideas from each other. A new teacher will come in with new rules and even knowledge and share it with other teachers. Schools also can share ideas among other schools. This also works with new and old workers exchanging information’s about the known and the unknown.

As I conclude professional development has a lot of the benefits to the new curriculum system. The process is flexible in that one can decide to do it either online or physical, it can be done with other jobs in process too.

How the most famous building in the world was conceived and built

In 1978, the Pritzker Prize was founded (it is called the “Architectural Nobel Prize”), and in 2002 the Australian – Glenn Murcutt became the winner for the first time. The architect was awarded for projects of very “right” residential buildings – environmentally friendly, discreet in shape and deeply thought out in terms of planning and climatic conditions in Australia. This decision of the jury amazed the entire architectural world: previous laureates were known for their radical statements both in theory and in practice.

But even more surprising was the next, anniversary year of the Pritzker Prize. The 25th laureate was the Danish Jorn Utson, the author of the most famous and provocative building in the world – the Sydney Opera House. By that time, Utson was 84 years old, and he designed many buildings in various countries, but first of all, the jury noted it was the Australian project of 1956: “Danish architect Jorn Utson, who designed probably the most famous building in the world, the Sydney Opera … “

Utson was commissioned to design the opera in an open international competition, beating 200 other participants. In 2019, renderings were published based on drawings from several other bids, showing how Utson’s sculptural idea was different from everything else.

The organizers of the competition proposed Cape Bennelong as a site for the future building of the opera. It separates two bays – Sydney and Farm – in Port Jackson Bay. The history of the city began here: in 1817, the construction of Fort Macquarie began on Bennelong, which was replaced by a tram depot in the 20th century.

This arrangement required an object with equivalent facades. I wanted to turn the main entrance to the city, from where the audience would come, but other perspectives of the opera were supposed to decorate the panorama of Sydney. This contradicted the traditional technology of building a theater building, which usually has technical spaces at the back for storing and loading scenery with gates and ramps, ventilation outlets, and so on. Utson removed all the additional rooms into a large two-story podium, which does not seem cumbersome thanks to the plasticity of the main volumes that open in different directions and distract attention from the lower part.
